  Just superb! The sashimi is fresh, beef tataki seasoned to perfection and the Agedashi eggplant is perfect! Highly recommended!!

• Review of "Petite Mort" at Shenton Park

  It was a special celebration for us and we selected from the three-course menu, which we thought was terrific value, with lots of surprising, lovely extra touches. All courses were faultless and the staff were really pleasant, helpful and communicated well. On a side note, at 7pm we were shown to our table that was right beside another couple, when there was lots of room elsewhere. We asked if we could move and it wasn't a problem. A second table looked inviting, but we were told it was already booked; however no one showed up during the 2+ hours we were there. We settled for a third table, but I soon realised I was facing a display case containing perspex, a framed staff photo plate and other restaurant awards when there were lovely art pieces elsewhere. I'd like to suggest that the awards be relocated as they're very out of place at present. Despite this, I have no hesitation in awarding a 5* rating.

  My staple Japanese. Reasonably priced for the amazing quality of food. I've been going to this restaurant for 10 years now. Back then they could only sit 10-12 people in their restaurant. They have since expanded and just recently got their liquor license ! looking forward to my food affair with Kiri for many years to come . 9.9 times out of 10 I order my beef teriyaki . . definitely give that a try!
